Sustainability has entered a new era. Once seen as a trade-off between purpose and profit, a new discussion around what sustainability IS and means is emerging where green solutions are often the most financially attractive - yet systemic barriers, legacy structures, and political inertia prevent widespread adoption. Compounding this tension, many leaders now feel wary of the term ‘sustainability’ itself—politicised, polarised, and often misunderstood.

Drawing on Hani Tohme’s strategic leadership and consulting experience, this session will explore how executives can navigate these contradictions and drive meaningful, market-aligned transformation.
