Enter through the blue door signposted &#x27;committee room&#x27; at the front of the municipal offices. If unsure ask at the main reception.Accessibility: There is also a lift at the rear of the building which takes to you the main reception. Please ask reception to be let through to the meeting rooms on arrival.Filming: Some of the presentations will be being recorded (focussing on the guest speakers).
