Come to Uksalsafeet on a Tuesday night to start your week with some fun, exercise and of course learn to dance. Classes are relaxed and very social. We aim to teach you to dance in a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure, just pure enjoyment. There are no barriers for anyone who wants to attend. Age, ability, 2 left feet, not a problem. We've previously taught people with sight loss, in wheelchairs etc. You do not a partner or need any dance experience, fancy clothes, and proper shoes. The benefits of salsa dancing are widely known and appreciated. In addition to being a great way of achieving physical fitness, salsa increases your confidence, co-ordination. Just join us next week and enjoy yourself. There isn’t a better way for you to enjoy a good night out.
