Overview
A free study day open to all staff with an interest in discharge preparation and neonatal community outreach services
Including a range of presentations from South West neonatal staff with a focus this year on recognising and supporting the deteriorating infant in the home. Sessions will include:
- How the use of virtual ward can support outreach services
- Supporting parents to identify red flags for when to seek extra help
- Supporting parents following discharge home and potential readmissions, using a trauma informed approach
