💪 30 min GridFit : 2 rounds of circuit training (indoors)

🧘‍♀️ 30 min rooftop yoga & meditation (outdoors, yes, ROOFTOP 🙌)

🥤 Social mingles with refreshments fuelled by Structure.

Each session is built around a guided circuit of stations, with a trainer showing you exactly what to do, how to do it, and how to pace yourself. You choose your effort level. You choose how far you want to take it.

Gentle Yoga & Meditation

A slow-flow vinyasa class focusing on grounding and balancing your energy somewhere between passion and peace. Expect fluid movement and focused breathing, precision and alignment to strengthen your body, clear your mind, and harmonise your heart. The perfect way to close your weekend and reset for the week ahead.
