What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The conference venue is easily accessible from all locations. Arena Skövde is within walking distance from the city center where most hotels are located as well as from the central train/bus station. The distance from Göteborg (Landvetter international airport) is approximately 150 kilometers, 1 hour by train. The distance from Stockholm (Arlanda international airport) is approximately 350 kilometers, 2 hours by train. The trains from Stockholm and Göteborg are frequent as Skövde is located on the main western train line. The local travel centre has more than 200 regional busses and trains passing through daily.

Accomodation and information for visitors?

There are a number of hotels and hostels located near the conference venue. We don't have any discounts at the moment, but keep an eye on our facebook, twitter or website for future offers and deals.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please do so. It will make your registration at the conference easier and more efficient.
