SwingTrain: Trainer Training - Oxford

We wanted to bring the joy, fun and community of Swing Dancing to the gym, helping people get fit in a joyful and friendly environment dancing to electro swing, Charleston, gospel and blues tunes.Combining fun, easy, swing dance inspired moves and joyful music into an effective cardio workout, we’ll get your heart pumping and put a smile on your face.What are the benefits of a SwingTrain workout?It’s a highly effective cardio workout burning up to 500 calories per hourIt’s a full-body workout, using legs, arms and coreIt develops coordination and memory through memorable routinesIt uses the most joyful mysic in the world (bias acknowledged!)

SwingTrain

Train to become a SwingTrainer and set up your own SwingTrain class! 
Our head trainer will take you through the choreography required for a full 1 hour SwingTrain workout, including teaching technique. At the end of the day, there'll be an informal evaluation where you'll be required to take each other through the steps as if you were leading a real class. 
You'll be observed for:
Presentation technique Choreography rentention Ability to break down steps Ability to motivate class participants
After training, you'll receive a certificate of completion, SwingTrain trainer top and, when you're ready to start your own class, a Marketing Starter pack to help you get the word out as well as support in setting up your venue.
