BLAM UK

Rooted (by Switching on a Generation) is founded by five young women who's mission is to promote a positive dialog of social identity and culture through African history lessons, Arts and Events. Join us for an evening celebration, fun, food and games.  The evening will include Black history quiz, Spoken word, Networking and an opportunity to learn more about African and Black British culture.

As culture denotes, where there are people, there is food. African/Caribbean food and snacks will be available throughout the evening. Spoken word by Janelle Reece Gardener. AfroStoricals will be telling an African tale.
Children's face painting among other activities will commence from 3.30pm - 5pm 
Tickets also available at the door. Please bring exact change.
