An informal Teams lunch to talk sustainability and support the #SwitchUpYourLunch campaign

In Oxfordshire, food makes up a staggering 43% of our ecological footprint – more than transport or energy – with meat and dairy products as significant contributors of greenhouse gas emissions, as well as requiring more fresh water and land. So, we want as many organisations in Oxfordshire as possible to go veggie or vegan for at least one lunch – to Switch Up Your Lunch.
