Symphony 4 Senses
"We are delighted to announce the return of Symphony4 Senses to Parsons Green, hosted once again in the stunning and atmospheric setting of St Dionis Church.".
Symphony 4 Senses is an unforgettable evening intertwining wine, food, music, texture and dramatic light changes to provide a rich, sensual tapestry. Explore how our experience of wine is transformed through the nuanced interplay of taste, sight and sound, as our mood shapes and is shaped by our senses. Join us for this enchanting and unforgettable experience!
The music, curated by Arwel Treharne Morgan, is carefully selected to enhance a handpicked collection of exceptional wines in collaboration with Master of Wine, Peter McCombie. The programme features arias from renowned operatic works, art songs, and pieces from the lighter classical repertoire, beautifully intertwined with expressive selections from the Cello repertoire performed by internationally renowned cellist Hetty Nash
This seamless fusion of music and oenology is more than an evening of entertainment—it is a symphony for senses, an unforgettable celebration of elegance, passion.
Tonight, our Seven hand-picked wines are accompanied by the music of Bach, Handel, Fauré, Donizetti, and Verdi.
Each composer brings a distinct quality — balance, richness, delicacy, sparkle, and passion — guiding us through the tasting as true companions to the wines.
Each wine will be perfectly paired with a canapé thoughtfully crafted our chef.
