Stuck on a work issue but can't share the details? A Blind Constellation gets to the heart of it — without you having to divulge too much.

You're dealing with an issue at work or in your business. You’d like some help, insights, a solution, but you don’t really want to divulge the identity of the parties involved.

That’s when a systemic constellation may be the tool for you. In systemic work, rather than analysing the problem, we make it visible. Using representatives to map out what's actually happening in the system, or to see what’s needed.

This workshop will introduce the Blind constellation.

In a Blind Constellation, the person bringing a question shares little to nothing about it upfront. No backstory, no context — just a question held privately. Representatives are placed in the space, and what unfolds often reflects the dynamics of the situation with surprising accuracy. It's direct, and it often gets to the heart of things faster than you'd expect.
