Tai Chi is a gentle art of movement, promoting positive breathing and low-impact movements. It is suitable for all ages and physical abilities.Loose clothing is recommended and ideally barefoot.This is based in the Sports Training Village in their lovely Studio Gym. To find the Studio, go to the STV Reception and mention the Men's Network Tai Chi.
