Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC)is the County Voluntary Council (CVC) for Cardiff – the umbrella infrastructure organisation for the third sector in the City.C3SC’s key role is to provide specialist advice, support, and information to local third sector organisations on issues that affect them, including funding and governance.C3SC is the voice of the third sector in Cardiff. It facilitates third sector representation on strategic partnerships, including the Cardiff Partnership Board and its Programme Boards and Workstreams. Do you need guidance on how best to take minutes and record meetings? This training course delivered by C3SC is for Trustees and staff of organisations looking to improve their understanding of minute-taking and best practice.The learning outcomes from this session are: -<ul><li>Understand why meetings are needed, what makes a good meeting, the need for minutes and accuracy of reporting.</li></ul><ul><li>Understand the planning of an agenda and the preparation required</li></ul><ul><li>Explore practical tips and useful words for producing good minutes</li></ul><ul><li>Consider the blocks to participation</li></ul> The event will be taking place on Microsoft Teams and the link will be sent through within 24 hours of the event taking place.
