Are you ready to shape your future by preparing for an impact-driven career that creates positive change in the world? The Hague Humanity Hub and its partners are excited to announce the upcoming edition of The Talent For Good Fair by inviting you to this one-of-a-kind event, the biggest career fair for good in The Netherlands, connecting purpose driven young talent with organisations in peace and justice and other impact sectors.


This event brings together students and young professionals for an afternoon of inspiration, knowledge sharing, and networking to help them create pathways to embark on purposeful and impactful careers. Join to hear directly from organisations about the opportunities they can offer, and from current employees about their experiences. The event will be a day filled with inspiring talks and discussions, practical skills workshops, networking opportunities, and plenty of impactful organisations to interact with such as The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), The International Criminal Court (ICC), the Clingendael Institute, Mercy Corps Netherlands, and many more!


Who is the event for?

  • Students in pursuit of a purpose-driven career
  • Young professionals seeking opportunities and career advice in sectors such as peace, justice, development, and other impact sectors
  • Anyone passionate about succeeding in a career focused on having positive impact and making the world a better place


Programme

  • Fair: organisations host a stand for participants to network, interact and ask questions about potential career paths in their organisation
  • Workshops: Skill-based or career path interactive workshops
  • Fireside chats with experienced professionals: An interview with experienced professionals to give insights into their careers followed by a Q&A session.
  • 1-1 speed-dating with professionals from these sectors for coaching and tips
