09:15 - Introduction to the day and Culture Hacking with Daniele Fiandaca
10:00 - The Secret Formula Annicken R. Day, Culture Strategist and Founder of Corporate Spring, gives us the secret formula for creating culture. 
10:45 - Break
11:00 - Hacking Diversity Talk/Panel mixed with a workshop during which we will discuss the importance of diversity as well as highlight some hacks you can do tomorrow. This will be followed by a group brainstorm to generate own diversity hacks. Panel includes Emma Perkins, Melanie Eusebe, Pip Jamieson.
12:00 - Personal brand The importance of building your own personal brand with Adah Parris.

13:30 - Maker Workshop Led by John V Willshire 
14:00 - By Day By Night Celebrating the work that people do outside their day to day and discussing the future of part time roles as well as shared roles. Speakers include Bejay Mulenga, Caitlyn Ryan and Nicolas Roope.
14:45 - D&AD Creativity Workshop An interactive workshop in which people decide what makes great work great. While it may be advertising focused, we will ultimately be exploring what drives creativity. Led by Daniele Fiandaca.

15:45 - Creativity in the Age of Automation Ije Kwokorie, CEO, Wolff Ollins 
16:30 - BOOM session Led by Scott Morrison
17:00 - Action Workshop Bringing key learnings from the day and turning them into action. Led by Daniele Fiandaca and Scott Morrison 
18:00 - Personal Photo Shoot An opportunity for all the delegates to get a professional style photo to support their personal brand strategy.
19:30 - Dinner at a secret location
