Talk the Talk: Tutor Bootcamp

32 Devonport RdStoke, England
Wednesday, Jan 21, 2026 from 6:30 pm to 9 pm GMT
Overview

A 4-part course to help develop your skills, knowledge and confidence to help you deliver professional and high quality workshops.

Have you always dreamt of running your own workshops but feel unsure about your teaching skills? This course is designed to help you move from wondering “could I?” to confidently leading sessions in a professional and assured way.

Over the four weeks, we’ll explore everything you need to consider — from planning before the workshop, through to successful delivery, and what happens afterwards. In the final week, you’ll put your newly gained knowledge into practice by running a short teaching session for the rest of the group.

The course will introduce you to key ideas and valuable points for reflection that you can continue to develop long after the course ends.

The dates of the course are as follows:

Week 1 - 21st Jan

Week 2 - 28th Jan

Week 3 - 4th Feb

Week 4 - 11th Feb

Each session falls on a Wednesday. We start at 6.30pm and finish at 9pm.

Louise is incredibly passionate about teaching and will share plenty of real-life experiences and anecdotes to bring the learning to life and help the key messages truly stick.

There will only be 6 attendees on each course to ensure that there is ample time for discussion, questions and feedback.

This course is an investment in you — your skills, your confidence, and your creativity — and you’ll finish feeling encouraged and ready to bring your first workshop to life.
