Talk - Undaunted: The Legacy of Rachel Kay-Shuttleworth
Overview
This event will combine a screening of a new short film created byt The Crewelwork Company to explore the legacy of Rachel Kay-Shuttleworth, her connections to Gawthorpe Hall and the founding of her textile collection along with a talk and Q&A from members of the Shuttleworth family about their memories and experiences of Rachel.
The ticket price also includes afternoon tea and proceeds from the ticket sales will go to the Gawthorpe Textiles Collection to support their ongoing work to continue Rachel's legacy and care for her amazing collection.
Please arrive from 2:45pm onwards for a start time of 3pm. There is limited free onsite parking and additional free parking on the main road leading to the venue.
