Join us in this informal online session where you get the chance to connect, chat and share with others living with MS from around the UK.

Conversation Cafés

Our Conversation Cafés are a  chance to chat, share and reflect and meet others with MS from around the UK, to discuss a monthly topic. These sessions are led by a member of our team and a volunteer with lived experience.

These sessions are for anyone living with MS in the UK. They are a great way to get together to chat and share your experiences. This month we&#x27;re looking at fatigue. If you would like to discuss this further, or just to connect with others living with MS, why not register now and come join in.Our conversation cafés are hosted by one of our Living Well Facilitators. We are also joined by one of our volunteers with lived experience who will get the conversation started. The format of the café makes sure that everyone has a chance to share their thoughts however there is no pressure to speak.What do you need to take part?All you need to join in is a laptop, tablet, phone or computer with access to a microphone and camera. You&#x27;ll need a stable internet connection to use Zoom, the video meeting software we use.What if I haven’t been sent the link?The Living Well team send out reminder emails with the link. You&#x27;ll also get emails from Eventbrite, so please enter your email address carefully when registering. If you can&#x27;t find these emails before the session, check your spam or junk folder.
