Tantric Cycling Tarragona - all levels

An epic combination: learning profound wisdom about your inner worlds, forging authentic connections and exercising your body in stunning natural settings. What else can one ask for?! These events are born out of my own best experiences.

In 3 days we'll cycle a stunning 200 km route through areas of natural and cultural heritage of Tarragona and learn & practice tantra. There will be plenty of breaks for talks on theory, guided discussions and games during the day. Evenings will be enriched with ceremonial semi-guided spaces to apply our learnings, connect with ourselves and/or others deeper in whatever way feels true to you then. We'll have plenty of ideas and equipment for you to choose from.

Programme
Day 1
Meet 20 Sep 10 am or 8 pm (with an optional day to explore Tarragona).
(Optional) 10 - 18 walk around Tarragona old town, relax on the beech.
(Optional) 18- 20 - dinner.
8 pm - meet & greet in the hotel.
Days 2 & 3: Cycle, eat, learn, play, enjoy.
Day 4:
8-12:30: Cycle along the quiet coastal roads into Tarragona breaking for brunch on the beach.
12:30-15:30: lunch & closing ceremony in Tarragona.
15-16: station & farewell.

Bike rental - approx £80 total,
Transfers (group or private) to/from the airport - from £30.
