This session will explore how we design tasks that reveal what children know, misunderstand and need next. The focus will be on moving beyond completed work as a proxy for learning and thinking carefully about what a task allows us to infer. We’ll look at practical examples across the curriculum and consider how task design can support AfL, feedback and assessment.
