Tavaziva was established in 2004 and is led by Zimbabwean-born Bawren Tavaziva. His unique style is a choreographic synthesis of ballet, contemporary and African dance.

Do you want to push your dance technique, stamina and strength to a new level?
Join our intensive two-day professional programme of classes and choreography with Bawren Tavaziva. His bold, dynamic and original approach to synthesizing Ballet, Contemporary and African dance, has won him high acclaim from dancers and audiences alike.
Prepare for a physically demanding but highly enjoyable experience.
Classes will include Ballet, Contemporary and Zimbabwean dance styles Jerusarema, Mhande and The Dinhe.
10am-6pm each day.
Level: Suitable for professional dancers or those in training.
Cost £80 (or double ticket for £140)

TavIntensive is a physically demanding and highly stimulating experience focusing on strong technique and expressive and rhythmic choreography, which combines the aesthetic line of contemporary dance and ballet with the rhythmic patterns of African dance.
