Is there parking at the venue?

There is no parking directly in front of the building, only drop off only. To park, please find the carpark at Cottis Yard which is a short walk to the venue.

Are the tickets allocated to a seat?

All our tickets are unreserved seating however please email us (trowerdanceacademy@gmail.com) if you require special assistance.

Question 3

Do I have to buy a ticket for my child watching?

Accepted Answer

Children under the age of 2  do not require a ticket, they may sit on an adult's lap or in a pushchair on the end of a row.

Question 4

Can I take photo's and video's during the show?

Accepted Answer

Due to child protection laws, please do not take any photo's or video's during the performance, otherwise you will be asked to leave. We will have a photographer on the day.

Question 5

Will there be refreshments available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will be selling water & fruit juice. Small snacks are also available to buy - please bring CASH for this.

Question 6

Where can I buy a programme?

Accepted Answer

You can buy a programme with your ticket order which will be ready for you to collect on the show day or they will be available to buy on the door - CASH ONLY

Question 7

Do I get a refund if I can no longer make it anymore?

Accepted Answer

Our policy is that tickets cannot be refunded for this performance, refunds can only be made on the rare occasion that the performance is cancelled or at the organisers discretion. Tickets can be transferred to other customers - email us to organise this transfer. (trowerdanceacademy@gmail.com)
