TDS Academy - Adjudication Workshop Online course session 2 of 2

By Tenancy Deposit Scheme
Online event
Dec 15, 2020 to Dec 15, 2020
Overview

TDS Academy delivers expert guidance as to how an adjudicator may use any evidence provided in a tenancy deposit dispute. [SESSION 2]

This is the second of two online sessions each lasting 90 minutes, our adjudication trainers will aim to teach you how to ‘think like an adjudicator’.

This is session 2.

This course is ideal for property managers and administrators, inventory suppliers and landlords.

The course focus is on the TDS Alternative Dispute Resolution service (ADR), to show the kind of evidence an adjudicator looks for in a tenancy deposit dispute. There will still be the opportunity to ask questions and share your own experiences whilst learning in an online environment with experienced trainers.

Once you have completed the two session you will automatically qualify for 3 hours of Continued Professional Development (CPD) and you will receive a TDS Academy certificate to confirm attendance.

The courses will deliver some really useful tips and help you learn effective, practical solutions, with guidance documents to refer to help you consolidate your understanding of the end of tenancy process where the parties cannot agree as to how the tenancy deposit is to be distributed.

The TDS Academy team are committed to making sure we make best use of your time so you get the best out of these virtual classes.

Be prepared, be professional, be TDS Academy trained.
