Meet Tricia and Rev Dave Rollett, heading to Tanzania to help followers of Jesus grow in their faith and work together to be a loving witness to their neighbours of other faiths.

The Rolletts are moving to East Africa with a specific and vital focus:

1. Local partnership: Working hand-in-hand with local African Christians.
2. Unity in witness: Helping the local church work together effectively.
3. Interfaith presence: Modelling a loving witness to neighbours of different faiths in the community.

Church Mission Society has a long history of focusing on "people in mission": sustainable, locally-led ministry rather than just short-term aid. Dave and Tricia’s move represents a deep commitment to this long-term relationship building.
