Yes, there will be a cloakroom. However, due to the number of people expected on the day, we ask you to be mindful and try to avoid bringing multiple and/or large items of luggage unless it can be helped.

All main auditorium talks and speakers will be BSL live-interpreted. Delegates are kindly asked to specify any accessibility needs or additional interpretation requests in the order form when booking or by emailing events.awarding@arts.ac.uk and our team will do our best to accommodate these.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. Delegates are kindly asked to specify any accessibility requirements in the order form so that organisers can put measures into place (e.g. arranging to meet a delegate at an accessible entrance, reserving a wheelchair space in the theatre, etc).

Yes, there will be filming/photography taking place throughout the day and signage throughout the venue indicating this. If delegates do not wish to be in any footage captured, they are asked to notify UAL Awarding Body staff upon arrival/check-in.
