We are delighted to welcome you to the Centre for Professional Development at Landau Forte College Derby. We have recently been designated as a National Teaching School in recognition of our collaborative work with schools and colleges both within the UK and on an international level for the past 20 years. Landau Forte College is also a School Centre for Initial Teacher Training, providing high quality school based training for new entrants to the profession. Working with The University of Derby we are able to award QTS with PGCE (including Masters level credits).We consider ourselves to be on a learning journey alongside our students, their parents and members of the community. The Centre for Professional Development is designed to facilitate learning in a range of areas relating to the core functions of a Teaching School; Continuing Professional Development, ITT, School to School Support and Research & Development.

We offer outstanding education to students from all over the city of Derby at our over-subscribed and diverse academy. So, who better to train and educate you then our experienced professionals.</p>
