About the panel

Vimla Appadoo (Chair): New mum to Devi and the Head of Experience at Culture-Shift. She is also Co Founder and Director of Culture Design at Honey Badger. Over and above everything, Vimla is passionate about embedding fearless change across organisations, to design safe workplaces where everyone can thrive. Vimla is a design thinker, international speaker and advocate for changing the way businesses think: using technology, design and culture to align profit and purpose. Vimla works across large scale organisations, small businesses and scaling startups, bridging the gap between the public and private sector.

Dan Kirby: Co Founder and CEO of The Tech Dept. Their mission is to Do Better Things. They have built digital products for large impact-driven organisations like BBC Children in Need and World Wildlife Fund and impact-driven startups - like VaccinationTrack and Amrita. Dan hosts a podcast called Honey I Blew Up The Business, where he interviews entrepreneurs about when things went wrong and what they learnt from the experience – it is now in the top 5% of global podcasts https://www.honeyiblewupthebusiness.com

Steve Rimmer: Founder and CEO of Tickets for Good. Tickets for Good provides affordable access to events for people doing good across our society. Their work focuses on improving access, inclusion, and wellbeing whilst supporting live entertainment partners who may have unsold inventory, who wish to drive attendance from socially diverse audiences, or to simply say 'thank you to our NHS and other frontline staff.

Gabrielė Barteškaitė: Co-Founder of Future Greens. Future Greens is a Sheffield-based indoor farm growing salad in an innovative way that is good for people and the planet. They use technology and innovation to address the glaring issues in our food system by making fresh, local produce more accessible to everyone.
