Yes, we have a designated space available if you feel overstimulated or need some quiet time. If you need assistance locating it, just ask a member of staff.

Are there early bird discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are offering both super early bird and early bird discounts on our Gala tickets. The daytime conference requires a mandatory charity donation of £25.

If I book my ticket online, how do I collect my ticket?

Accepted Answer

You wont need to collect a physical ticket; just showthe e-ticket on your phone or print it out.

Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, registration and ticket purchases aren't available at the event, as we need to finalise numbers for catering ahead of time.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?

Yes, if you're unable to attend, please let us know, and we can reallocate your ticket. Thank you for your support and understanding.

I didn't book the Gala but would like to now?

Yes – everything is all on one level, no steps.

Are the lifts easily accessible without a key?

Not applicable as event space is on one level.

There is no on-site parking; however the closest Car Park is NCP Oswald St
