<P>Tech Trends is a series of tech meet-ups held by Talent across some of Europe's booming tech startup scenes, namely Amsterdam and Berlin, which was first launched in the Dutch capital in January 2018.</P>
<P>The overall aim is to provide insight and advice on hot topics which are currently impacting or set to impact the EU technology sector this year - all while promoting networking and collaboration between like-minded community members.</P>

<P>Join us for an honest and revealing discussion around the topic of contracting/freelancing in the Berlin tech scene. Whether you're a freelancer, a hiring manager, a recruiter, or just want to learn more about the contracting space, we want to hear from you! </P>
<P>Come discuss the current state of contracting in the technology sector, and discuss the ways we can band together to create a real community of freelancers in the city - all around some free pizza and drinks!</P>
<P>The main event will consist of a panel of speakers talking about their experience hiring or working with freelancers and the way they work with Talent to create rewarding and enjoyable experiences for these freelancers. Before the panel, we'll host a "pub quiz" to test your knowledge of contracting in Germany - prizes will be given to the winning team, so don't miss it!</P>
