We will be using the Spotlight system developed by performance psychometric company Mindflick.

Before the event you will be sent a link to complete your profile, we will then give you the profile and run through what it means and how to interpret it during the session.

As there is a cost involved in producing the profiles, we ask that only those who are able to attend the event sign up to make sure we make the most of the opportunity however we will find a way to make this available to those who are unable to attend if they wish to do it.
