TSA is the industry body for Technology Enabled Care (TEC), representing the largest industry specific network in Europe and bringing together a growing membership of organisations across local government, health and the private sector.It is estimated that TSA’s members currently help over 1.7 million people to remain in their own homes (rather than hospitals, care homes and other institutional settings) – supported by their families, friends and carers in familiar surroundings.TSA works across health, housing and social care through a wide range of public services (NHS, local authorities, Fire and Rescue Services), housing associations, leading industry suppliers, independent and voluntary sector organisations.TSA welcomes all organisations who have a professional or commercial interest in the provision of technology assisted services, including telecare, telehealth and mHealth.

A joint event by TSA and Yorkshire and Humber ADASS When: This free one-day event will take place on Tuesday 20 September Location: The Royal Armouries, Armouries Drive, Leeds LS10 1LTTime: 10:00 – 15:30 (Registration from 09:15)TSA and the ADASS Regions have been working together to promote the integration of technology enabled personalised care into the care systems of the future. We would like to invite you to join us at our upcoming FREE one-day event, taking place on the 20 September in Leeds, to explore how technology can be truly integrated into adult social care. What you will hear about: Over the course of the day you will hear from strategic leaders within the region, and from neighbouring regions, on the successes and the current challenges they are facing. As well as key updates on the following areas: <ul><li>How Adult Social Care can make the most of opportunities created from the ICS’ </li><li>Find out about what the People at the Heart of Care: adult social care reform white paper means for housing transformation and how you can benefit from upcoming funding and support opportunities. </li><li>Hear the latest from the Technology for our Ageing Population: Panel for Innovation (TAPPI), and how the TAPPI principles are being implemented across multiple test bed sites</li><li>Hear from leaders in the region, and neighbouring regions on their strategies for digital</li><li>Plus visit our TEC exhibition, where you will be able to see first-hand some of the key innovative solutions within the Technology Enabled Care Sector</li></ul>Our aspiration is that people in communities are able to live the life they want and do the things that are important to them as independently as possible.A full agenda will be available in due course.Attendance at this event is strictly limited and is available on a first come first served basis, so please secure your place now, to guarantee attendance.
