Objectives
- Encourage students to apply computing skills to real-world challenges
- Foster innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Recognise and reward exceptional talent in technology and innovation
- Align student creativity with global challenges, including the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Competition Tracks
Participants will compete in two key tracks:
1. Innovative Idea Pitch
- Oral presentation of a computing-based solution to a real-world problem
- Focus on creativity, impact, and feasibility
- Reward: AED 1,000
2. Live Problem-Solving Challenge
- A 3-hour, on-the-spot challenge
- Tackle real-world problems using computing and logical problem-solving
- Reward: AED 1,000
Special Awards
In addition to the main winners, participants can also win:
- Best Use of AI β AED 300
- Best Sustainability Idea β AED 300
- Forward Cybersecurity Thinker β AED 300
Judging & Recognition
A panel of three expert judges will evaluate participants based on:
- Creativity
- Technical feasibility
- Innovation
- Impact
- Presentation
Winners and special award recipients will receive cash prizes and certificates of recognition.
