TechTogether: Basic Tips and Tricks on your Computer

Bell House is a volunteer led charity that provides creative learning for people of all ages and backgrounds. Our vision is to offer an opportunity to gather for learning, enjoyment and friendship in a special place.

This  session will cover basic tips and tricks for using your computer. 

TechTogether is a project at Bell House providing technical support and guidance to anyone who may need it. The workshops will be led by the friendly and patient Bell House volunteers: Liam, Georgia, Katherine, Johnny and Ben!Here are some things that will be covered in the session<ul><li>How to do screenshots,</li></ul><ul><li>Keyboard shortcuts and functions,</li></ul><ul><li>Where things might get saved on your computer (downloads, music files, images)</li></ul><ul><li>Tips and tricks for being organised on your computer (Trello, Calendar)</li></ul><ul><li>...any questions you may have!</li></ul>The session will be an informal discussion where no question is a silly question!This session will be delivered using Zoom. Before the session we will send you a guide on how to install Zoom on your PC, laptop or handheld devices (like iPad&#x27;s or smartphones). You will be able to call Bell House before this session if you’d like help installing Zoom over the phone or if you have any questions about the workshop.All skill levels are welcome, including absolute beginners! Feel free to do the workshop with a friend or family member, within the current Covid-19 Government Guidelines.If you have any questions please contact emily@bellhouse.co.uk.
