Yes. Free parking is available at the iCon Innovation Centre, but spaces are limited. Please arrive early to secure a spot. Additional paid or free parking is available nearby.

Yes. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, with step-free entry and accessible restrooms.

Are food and drinks included?

Yes. Lunch, tea, coffee, and light snacks are included in your ticket. We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements noted during registration.

Smart casual is recommended, comfortable but presentable for networking and photography.
