12:30 – 12:40 | Welcome & Refreshments: Arrive, grab tea or coffee, and settle in. Brief introductions and overview of the session. 12:40 – 13:20 | Parent & Caregiver Conversation: Bring your parenting questions and explore them together in a supportive, reflective space. Sessions are facilitated by child therapists and focus on understanding, reflection, and confidence- not giving advice. Common topics may include boundaries, frustration, big feelings, sibling conflict, school challenges, anxiety, and supporting neurodivergent children. 13:20 – 13:30 | Wrap-Up & Next Steps: Summarise reflections from the session. | Reminders: You are welcome to join again next week to continue the conversation. If you’d like more personalised support, therapists are available for chargeable follow-up phone sessions.
