About this event

Let’s get creative and learn new upcycling skills together🫶 Join us for a spring evening workshop learning how to use a cardboard loom to weave a tapestry using yarn scraps! Enjoy a crafty evening and leave with a fun piece of sustainable decor💓

🌟 All skill levels welcome! We will provide instructions and support throughout the process of creating your piece. Join a positive & encouraging community of material grrrlz (18+)

🦋 We will use yarn scraps, beads, fabric and cardboard to create a unique, sustainable wall tapestry using simple weaving methods. This is a great way to repurpose packaging and scraps from past craft projects!

🍭 All upcycling materials are included in your ticket, no need to bring anything! Though you're welcome to bring your own yarn scraps if you have some you'd like to include in your piece.

🌟 This is the third of three upcycling workshops we’re doing in May/June! Scroll down and head to our Eventbrite page to see the other events you can join us for:)

🌸 This venue has step-free access and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom.
