This is a meat/fish-based workshop (vegetarian one coming soon).
Here’s what’s on the menu:
Red chicken curry with Thai aubergine (Gaeng Ped Gai)
Waterfall pork (Nam Tok Moo)
Stir-fried morning glory (Pad Pak Boong)
Coking in pairs, this will be a friendly and fun workshop and I will guide you as we make the recipes from scratch. You will eat together at the end of the evening.
Come on your own or with friends - I will make you welcome.
