Join us at this year's conference to celebrate a decade of championing BME ECRs, as we reflect on the past, recognise excellence, and renew our vision for the future.

King's College London, in collaboration with the University of West London, proudly present the 10th BME ECR Conference. To commemorate this milestone event, we are going back to where it all started - the Great Hall!
Friday 10 July at King's College London (8:30am - 5:30pm).
What to expect:
Registration and Breakfast from 8:30am
Welcome addresses from:
- The host university (King's College London)
- The conference founder (Professor Bernadine Idowu)
The day will also include:
- A keynote address by Professor Jason Arday (Professor of Sociology of Education, Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge)
- Alumni impact stories (highlighting the conference’s personal and professional influence and scope)
- Panel discussion with Q&A
- Vision workshop (addressing what the future of research looks like for BME ECRs)
- Networking opportunities
