Bank Holiday Monday, May 30 sees the introduction of a new event for Celtic FC Foundation: The H.E.L.P. Pilgrimage. The pilgrimage encompasses a 17 mile sponsored walk encompassing four historical Celtic sites and honouring four legendary figures in the club’s history (Tommy Burns, Jock Stein, Jimmy Johnstone and Brother Walfrid) at each respective venue. Our banner of Health, Equality, Learning, Poverty aligns with the club’s Humble Beginnings at St Mary’s Church, honours the East End at Barrowfield, remembers Legendary Figures at the Jimmy Johnstone Memorial in Viewpark and finally, Paradise as the pilgrimage ends at Celtic Park.
All we ask is that you commit to raising a minimum of £125 (after entry fee*) for Celtic FC Foundation.
