At The Alverton, we have always been passionate about honouring the rich history of our grade II* listed building. Our Great Hall is one of the many stunning features from the once Cornish convent that makes our four-star hotel so unique.This year we’re throwing open The Great Hall doors and saving you a seat on our sun-trap terrace. Nestled in the heart of Cornwall, discover our dreamy wedding venue that radiates elegance, tranquillity and romance. Join us on Saturday 1st February 2025, from 10am until 2pm, for our special Wedding Showcase.Our Great Hall will be decorated in its wedding finest by Emily Rose, giving you the chance to envision your big day. What to expect<ul><li>Enjoy a complimentary glass of fizz on arrival, as we chat through your big day to-be and discuss how The Alverton team can bring your dream wedding to life. </li><li>Explore the venue at your own pace, whilst listening to the beautiful melodies from wedding pianist Roger Miners.</li><li>We will also be joined by several local wedding suppliers over the weekend.
