What is the ARC? Why was it built, and why was it designed this way? What is the purpose of this building? What's in it for me?Get behind the scenes of our exciting new Advanced Research Centre, located in the city's West end in the site previously occupied by the Western Infirmary. We will explore the history of the site and memories of the Western Infirmary, and the design and architecture of the new building. We'll also share some of the cutting-edge research happening in the building and how communities can get involved.
