Bringing together the joyful expression of my creative workshops, with the transformative healing potential of conscious breathwork. Tune into your inner wisdom and give yourself permission to play, in an inspiring environment for self-discovery and creating lasting change. 🎨🫁

Creative expression has been shown to reduce stress, improve mental health and help us access our thoughts and emotions.

In a supportive group and beautiful setting, we’ll meet for two hours, every week. Together, we’ll explore how to ground yourself in the present moment, let go of limiting thoughts and soften the grip of old pain. Your body holds more than you think, so suppressed emotions and deep stress can stifle your creativity and also your confidence 🫶

Move through what holds you back and uncover new possibilities on the other side. Be supported in stillness practices and start to embody what you dream of, in a space to truly slow down. Find more internal freedom, so you can create more of the same in your outer world.

The creative element is purely to help you connect with yourself, and enjoy some calming activities before each breathwork session. 🌟 You won’t have to interact with others during these activities and you won’t have to show anyone anything you’ve done. They’ll be carried out by yourself on the mat, in a very relaxed way (we meet in the same group every week). 💆🏻

I’ll guide you through all the activities, which will be in silence to a lovely low-volume music soundtrack, to help you focus and unwind. 🎶 The activities will be, for example, written journalling exercises in your notebook, or freestyle drawing with pencils. (Added colour optional with felt tips, coloured pens and glitter, if that takes your fancy...) ✍️🎨✨

Through the power of calming creative play and stress-releasing breathwork, we’ll open the door to your inner world and prioritise what your soul desires. Each week, you’ll receive compassionate guidance designed to release stuck tension, free your expression and find what lights you up. 💆🏻‍♀️

You’ll enjoy deep rest and the heart-opening effects of intuitive art and written exercises. We will emphasise the wonder and awe of the process, not the finished result. You’ll find new ways to connect with your passions, release mental blocks and hear your inner voice, through all the noise of everyday life.

This course will help you find more awareness of what brings you joy and create the conditions for inspiration to flow freely. Whether you’re yearning to feel more comfortable in your own skin, or invite in imaginative ideas that are true to your most authentic self.

By the end, you’ll feel more grounded in who you are and what makes you special. Listen to your intuition and embrace the parts of you that have always been there, waiting to be expressed.

So if you’ve ever felt like you’re not creative enough (or maybe even that creativity is reserved for someone else, a mould you don’t feel like you fit into), remember that we are all innately creative. As a somatic healing professional and trainee counsellor, I love helping people to rediscover their worth. Your self-love and wellbeing truly matter to me, and I'm passionate about creating spaces where people can feel truly safe. 🥰

Who is the host? 👋

This event is run by me, Rebecca Ryder (you can call me Becky), a fully qualified breathwork facilitator and founder of The Loud Quiet. My business supports curious heart-led souls on their self-discovery journey. Giving you permission to pause, nurturing your inner world and helping you come back to yourself.

I am fully accredited and carried out training in the UK, Mexico, Spain and Canada, holding space for and supporting participants from around the world. I now love bringing this work to local communities, creating reassuring, uplifting and relaxing spaces for healing and personal growth. 🌬

Breathwork has been pivotal in helping me navigate neurodivergence, pregnancy loss grief, unravelling old pain and wounded stories, and feeling deeply disconnected from my body. I no longer feel overwhelmed by my emotions and know how to support myself with deep presence, day to day and during challenging times.
