Access to the building

There are a few steps into the building. An access ramp can be arranged. The meeting room is on the ground floor which is all flat. There is a lift to the lavatories downstairs

What time does it start

The first lecture is at 1045 with registration from 1030

Are refreshments available

I'm sorry but there are no refreshment facilities at the Linnean and no food or drinks can be brought into the lecture room. There are several options at the adjacent Royal Academy and in Piccadilly.

Where is the nearest public transport

The nearest tube is Green Park with Piccadilly Circus nearby too. Several buses stop outside Burlington House.

Can we bring our own food

No food can be eaten inside the Linnean
