Join us as we dive into the excitement, navigating the scenic Avon waters, and setting our sights on the sandy shores of Bantham Beach and the charming enclave of Bigbury-On-Sea. It's a half day event that is designed for everyone - adults seeking adventure, children ready to explore, friends looking for thrills, and families creating unforgettable memories together. Come one, come all, and let's make waves!
Join us this summer for a mixed craft paddle session along the scenic River Avon, venturing through Bantham Beach, Bantham Swoosh and Bigbury-On-Sea. Explore the beautiful waters with a variety of watercraft, including kayaks, canoes, SUPs, and Giant SUPs.
- Meeting Time: 9:30 AM
- Meeting Point: Aveton Gifford Car Park, Kingsbridge, Devon, TQ7 4JN
- Activities: Paddling down the River Avon, playing on gentle currents at The Bantham Swoosh, lunch at Batham beach and then in the afternoon Paddle back up the river back towards Aveton Gifford.
- Lunch: Bring your lunch and drink.
What We Provide:
- Mixed Vessels - Sit On Kayaks, Canadian Canoes, SUPs, Giant SUPs
- Paddles
- Life Jackets
What You Need to Bring:
- Swim Suit
- Towel
- Closed-toed shoes suitable for water activities (no wellies or crocs)
- Wetsuit (available for rent)
- Snacks/Lunch/Water Bottle
- Sunscreen
- Sunhat
- Medications
Additional Information:
- Children are allowed to participate without a parent or guardian present.
- Dynamic Adventures is authorized by the Adventurous Activities Licensing Authority (AALA).
- All instructors and freelancers hold L3 Outdoor First Aid, Enhanced DBS, and Safeguarding certificates.
- We maintain a strict 1:8 instructor-to-participant ratio.
- Activities may change last minute due to weather conditions; please check the website for updates.
- No refunds are issued once tickets have been purchased.
