A 2hour workshop devoted to bringing love, positivity and health to our beautiful breasts. When we focus on our female body parts there is so much negativity and fear instilled in us by the government and medical system. But in this workshop we tune into the wisdom sciences of Ayurverda, TCM to learn what really keeps our breasts healthy and happy:)
You will learn how and aspects of lifestyle support breast health best.
How emotions affect the breast
The breast - womb connection
We will look at some oil blends and masks that we can use to support nourishing our breasts
We will learn how to massage the whole area to clear lymph and bring blood and nutrients to the breasts
You will leave with a new found love and respect for your sacred body. And techniques you can use daily and weekly for maintaining good breast health
Don't worry! Nobody will be exposing any bits, you will be fully clothed at all times!
The venue will be in Hall Green, B28, in my cabin, Room2Bloom, in the garden. The full location will be disclosed upon payment. It is a space of peace and relaxation and is very private.
As it is a residential road the parking can be very busy, so be prepared to park a bit further and walk to the house where you will be led through the garage to the back garden.
There will only be 6 people per session for your comfort. Light refreshments will be provided.
