Unfortunately, no you cannot get a refund. You can instead transfer the ticket to someone else by emailing theblackachieversaward@gmail.com with any dietary requirements for that person.

Dinner is selected from a limited menu which is confirmed with the hotel prior to the event. If you have any dietary requirements, please email theblackachieversaward@gmail.com to notify us as soon as possible.

Yes, guests can be seated together if you email us at theblackachieversaward@gmail.com as soon as you purchase your tickets. If you do not notify us in the early stages of booking your tickets, we will not be able to seat you together.

We recommend tables of 10 but can go to 12.

We aim to finish around 11:30pm, but the DJ will then play until 1am giving time for all to enjoy the atmosphere.
