✨ Spring Bouquet Workshop
A guided, hands-on floral experience where you’ll create your own seasonal spring bouquet using fresh blooms.
As you work with flowers, you’ll be invited to reflect on what you’re ready to nurture, grow and welcome into this new season — weaving intention into every stem.
✨ Grounding Yoga Flow
A slow, gentle yoga practice designed to awaken the body after winter, regulate the nervous system and reconnect you with your breath.
Suitable for all levels — beginners warmly welcomed.
✨ Restorative Sound Healing
A deeply calming crystal sound bath to support emotional release, mental clarity and deep rest.
Allow sound to wash over you as your body softens and your mind quiets.
✨ Nourishing Seasonal Food & Drinks
Fresh, nourishing , freshly prepared foods from Refresh Juice & Wellness Bar (Penarth), warming herbal teas and fresh ginger shots to gently energise and nourish your body.
Healthy snacks provided throughout.
