Do you find yourself overworking? Having big ambitions for impact but often feeling exhausted and frustrated? Feeling like you are carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders? Or sacrificing your own wellbeing for the greater good?

If you’re someone who is working to make a positive contribution to the world, you might recognise some of the patterns that can come with that.

What if you better understood the parts of you that contribute to these patterns?

What if you understood how to get back into balance so you feel energised and fulfilled in your changemaking journey?

This workshop is a space to pause and get curious about the roles you play in your work to make a positive contribution. Through looking at 4 different inner archetypes (the warrior, the caretaker, the visionary and the explorer) we will explore how they have helped you lead and make an impact, and where they might be draining you or keeping you stuck.

Together, we’ll explore different ways of being that might enable us to create change from a more balanced, easeful and energised place.

You’ll leave with more self-awareness, a deeper connection to your inner world and a felt sense of how you might relate differently to yourself and your change work.

What you’ll experience in this workshop:

  • A deeper understanding of the inner archetypes that often show up in the lives of changemakers - the Warrior, Caregiver, Visionary, and Explorer
  • Creative and embodied practices to help you connect with your inner world — including grounding, visualisation, journaling, and open sharing
  • A chance to reflect on how your inner parts have helped you — and where they may be holding you back or draining you
  • Deeper self-awareness and understand how the parts of you might be influencing your habits, patterns, and energy
  • A sense of connection with others who care deeply about making a difference, and a chance to explore how you can move forward from a more balanced and aligned place

This is a gentle, playful, and reflective space where there’s no “right” way to be. All parts of you are welcome.

Join us if you want to better understand yourself and how you can lead change from a more whole and balanced place.

Please arrive at 6pm for a prompt 6:15pm start, we will have a short break in the middle and a selection of light snacks, you are welcome to bring food to eat.
