Claire Watson – Head of HR Operations UK

Claire is a chartered HR professional & people leader. A single mum of two, one of whom is diagnosed with ADHD, dyslexia & dyspraxia. Autism and downs syndrome also run in her family. Her passion for optimising human performance has seen her spend more than 20 years exploring psychology, neuroscience, epigenetics, and leadership. All that combined with her professional purpose of #betterworkinglives, drives an ambition for neurodiversity to be understood to the point where leaders create an inclusive and diverse environment where their people and businesses thrive.

Traveling by car: There is ample free parking, and it is close to the M1 and major road networks.

Traveling by public transport: The easiest way to travel is via train to Meadowhall, then at the interchange transfer to bus number 70 (Sheffield). Depart the bus at High Field Spring/ Poplar Way. AMP is then a short 4-minute walk.
