The much awaited Contract Management Playbook has launched, and will be the 'go to' source of guidance and information on the effective management of contracts for both central government departments and across the wider public sector.

This essential information session will explain the Playbook and its function.

You'll hear from Matt Browne and Olaide Pearce from the Markets, Sourcing & Suppliers team who were instrumental in the development of the Playbook. You'll also hear from Eric Witter and Peter Scallan from the Contract Management Capability Programme on the practical application of the guide and its importance to the Contract Management Capabiity Programme, and public sector contracting in general.
